Contents and Packaging

Please note that all goods are sold in their original packaging, and we strive to give details of the type of packaging e.g. tissue etc..

The original packaging is unopened, but some older items may have damage to the packaging, and some items may have no packaging.

Some of the older items listed may be subject to degradation. We will try to accommodate all reasonable complaints, but we offer no guarantees as to the condition of the hosiery. The buyer accepts the risk. We will not open packaging: to do so may cause damage both to the contents and the packaging, and as the goods are unopened (in most cases) we cannot vouch for their condition.

Descriptions

Descriptions contain subjective assessments, particularly as to colour. The purchaser is advised to refer to the large-sized links from thumbnails. The images are low-res (72dpi) scans from the original packaging. Whilst we make an effort to scan the stockings as accurately as possible, please be aware that colours are representative only.

Delivery

Delivery will be made as soon as practicable. Where a fixed rate is not specified, postage to all destinations will be by quotation: please state your preferred method of delivery (airmail or carrier), we will respond by email. For mutual reassurance we always ship by Recorded Post or Special Delivery (i.e. insured, and to be 'signed for' at destination). Please refer here for details of our current shipping charges. Outsourced Stock

Some of our stock (with the prefix outs) is held by a third party. We have no control over that stock, and we therefore suggest that you email us before ordering of these stockings. We will contact the supplier as soon as we are able, and will confirm to you the availability of the stockings. The process takes a few days, so we would ask that you bear with us until we are in a position to advise you. In the event that the stockings are no longer available, we reserve the right to offer a refund, or you may choose to select other hosiery from our web site.

Returns

We only accept returns of goods in the condition that they were sent to you. All returns will be at your expense, unless the circumstances indicate that there is an error on our part. Please contact us before returning any goods so that any necessary arrangements can be made. Generally we will offer you the opportunity to choose alternatives from our stock, to an equivalent value to, or higher than, the value of the goods to be returned.

Quantities

Please note that we have multiple pairs of some brands. Generally these are the lower-priced items. It is reasonable to assume that the higher the price, the fewer pairs we have available.

Preferred minimum order value is £20 (€30) exclusive of shipping/postage etc. It makes sense to place large orders - the shipping price proportion reduces with increased order values!!
